In the kitchen, a quiet base of light greige cabinetry and counters is enhanced with colorful decor pieces and unique details that keep it looking anything but boring. The connected, open dining space makes chef-inclusive meals a natural experience and allows room for extra chairs to be brought in to expand the seating for bigger parties. Over in the living room, it’s all about curated art, cozy seating for a crowd, layered textures, and statement pieces found in no one else’s home.

The bookshelf is beautifully and artfully filled with a robust collection of visual treats and conversation starters. From classic books, family-favorite books, photo albums, framed pictures, travel souvenirs, to art made by friends and family, this area is packed with personality and stories to share. The handmade hummingbirds hanging below the lowest shelf were picked up on a trip to Mexico and fall just about even with eye-level for those seated on the sectional. Every part of these shelves has character to show off— even the undersides of the shelf boards themselves feature hand-painted art that’s easy to appreciate when relaxing on the sofa, looking up at the display.
